Take a Journey through the Base Chakra at the Ground & Connect Live Workshop�

At the Ground & Connect Live Workshop we will journey through the base chakra by tuning into the wisdom of our own bodies. We will explore our connection with the earth and how we can ground ourselves, deepen our connection with the base chakra through chanting the seed sound and tune into our deep instincts by connecting with our power animal

This Workshop includes movement, mandala art making, and some reflection exercises.

Summer Solstice Celebration

I am honoured and thrilled to be a Facilitator with other wonderful facilitators at the Summer Solstice Celebration held at The Farm for Wellbeing in the Adelaide Hills on Saturday 21 December 2024.

It will be a full day of rich offerings including a Chakradance experience with me, Conny van Balen.

I will be guiding you with chanting, a dance activating your Inner Fire and a mandala art integration. We will connect with Mother Earth, drawing up her healing energy and honouring her support.
